The Radish Principle states that whatever vegetable you are best at growing will likely be the one that the fewest people enjoy eatting. Anyone want 40 radishes?

Ahhh... too late! All but a handful of the radishes went to my mom and dad... which leads to the Radish Principle part deux and trois....
Once you have given away all of a particular item, you will find:
- someone who wants them.
- a cool recipe that uses them (radish sandwich anyone??)
